Delton Kreller (he/him) grew up on a farm in Brandon, Manitoba. Growing up Delton was always taking things apart and learning how individual elements interacted with each other to create a larger item. This interest led Delton to pursue engineering in university, where he developed technical drafting, project management, and problem solving skills before applying those skills in the arts.

Delton has rounded out his technical, managerial, and artistic skills in his time at the National Theatre School of Canada. Delton has had the privilege to have been coached, and taught by industry leaders, such as Andrea Lundy, Autumn Coppaway, Craig Putt, Daniel Bennett, Troy Slocum, Rick Banville, Leigh Ann Vardy, and Kaileigh Krysztofiak. Delton has had the opportunity to work alongside directors such as Ruth Madoc-Jones, Matjash Mrozewski, Maiko Yamamoto, Conor Wylie, Danielle Irvine and Rose Plotek.

After being the Technical Director for Macbeth, and the Production Manager for the 2024 New Words Festival, Delton wants to continue to work with talented, and passionate artists who want to tell captivating stories to audiences across the world.
