Monument-National Gets Equipped with a State-of-the-Art Projector
Monument-National takes a new step in the development of its technical infrastructure thanks to the acquisition of a state-of-the-art cinematic projection system for the Ludger-Duvernay Hall.
Following a call from Montreal’s film community, the City of Montreal granted a subsidy to the National Theatre School of Canada (NTS), allowing the realization of this structuring project. This initiative responds to a concrete need in the sector, while strengthening Monument-National’s capacity to host high-quality screenings.
The installation of this new equipment opens the door to a greater diversity of events, whether screenings, festivals, or professional meetings, while offering artists and the public an optimal visual experience.
With this investment, Monument-National confirms its role as a key venue for cultural dissemination in Montreal, at the crossroads of theatre and cinema.
