Erin Flynn - Teaching-artist, Acting program

Erin Flynn is a professional contemporary dance artist who teaches at the School of Performance at Concordia University and independently at Studio 303. As a performer, she has danced works by established and independent choreographers and presented her pieces in Montreal, Canada, Tokyo, and Seoul. Recently, Erin obtained a grant from the CALQ to train in counter technique and research her new work during a residency at Agora de la Danse, which will premiere in May 2025.

She is also developing an interdisciplinary project with aerial artist Segolène Marchand. A fully certified Pilates and yoga instructor with years of experience teaching movement to people of all ages and backgrounds, Erin currently teaches classes at Roze Pilates and Studio Mange Mes Pieds that enhance strength, balance, mobility, and awareness of alignment and movement patterns.
