This modular creative space is designed to host experimental projects, research residencies, and accessible, welcoming stage presentations. It is equipped with modern technical infrastructure, allowing for the integration of any lighting, sound, or projection system.

Conditions
- Presence of a technical coordinator is mandatory at all times.
- The space is rented as a bare venue (no stage, no seating risers, no basic lighting plot, and no installed sound system).
Rates
- $60/hour+txs or $320/day (8h)+txs during opening hours
- September to April, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
- May to August, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (exceptions apply)
- If the room rental falls outside ÉNT opening hours, the client will be required to cover the cost of a security guard.
