LAST NIGHT I DREAMT

October 21 to 25, 2025

A creation by the 2026 Graduating Acting class, with script development by Adjani Poirier and directed by Brad Cook and Tawiah M’Carthy

A shared dream, a dead rabbit, a new life…

In the shadow of a lunar eclipse, twin sisters come together to celebrate the 13th birthday of the next generation on the anniversary of their mother’s passing. Worlds collide and realities blur on this emotionally charged day, compelling the family to confront the complexities of life, death, and the dreams that bridge the two.

This play was generated as part of the Creation project.  The script was developed through a devised process with the graduating Acting students, the directors, and Montreal-based playwright Adjani Poirier (Playwriting, 2023).  This world premiere is a culmination of a three-year journey.

Audiences can choose from four ticket categories based on what best suits their circumstances.

The available rates are as follows:

  • Accessible ($8.85): Designed for students and individuals with low incomes.
  • Regular ($26.10): Standard price for access to shows.
  • Solidarity ($49.09): To help make reduced-price tickets available to others.
  • Impact ($95.08): To show your commitment to supporting emerging theatre talent.

Each ticket purchased not only supports our programs, but also helps make the theatre more inclusive and accessible to everyone.
