Class Description
A complete 90-minute workout that’s FUN, accessible and suitable for everyone, and that will help you increase your endurance, strength, flexibility and overall posture.
A happy blend of techniques acquired during my 40 years of experience in tabletop gymnastics, yoga, Pilates, aerobics, weight training and as a movement teacher with the French section of the NTSC.
Artist-Facilitator: Éric Cabana
Since the beginning of his professional career, Éric Cabana has appeared in more than twenty television productions. Among the series he has taken part in are Sous le signe du lion, La Vie, la vie, Temps dur, Les Sœurs Elliot, Tout sur moi, Les Hauts et les Bas de Sophie Paquin, and more recently, Toute la vérité, 30 Vies, and District 31. Younger audiences know him as Dundee from the popular children’s show Cornemuse (1998–2003). He also hosted and narrated the documentary series Erreurs médicales on Canal Vie.
On stage, with over thirty plays to his credit, Éric has performed under the direction of renowned theatre directors such as André Brassard (Richard III, Six personnages en quête d’auteur, Jusqu’au Colorado), Robert Lepage (A Midsummer Night’s Dream), Denise Guilbault (La reine morte), and Daniel Roussel (Equus).
Éric made his film debut in Cruising Bar; 18 years later, he was cast in the sequel to this hit by Claude Ménard and Michel Côté, Cruising Bar 2. He also appeared in Denis Langlois’s feature films L’Escorte and Danny in the Sky, among others. More recently, he was seen in the film La Bolduc.
In addition to his acting career, he also teaches graduating students at the National Circus School. An actor, certainly, but also a dancer, Éric has performed under the direction of Quebec choreographer Daniel Léveillé in the productions Les Traces and L’Exil ou la Mort.
