Dean Patrick Fleming - Teaching Artist, Playwriting, Production Design & Technical Arts

Dean Patrick Fleming is a director, an actor and a person with many varied interests. Besides having directed over fifty productions in his career, he also performs in film, on television and lends his voice to video games and animated series. He was the Artistic and Executive Director of Geordie Productions from 2006-2016. Dean has taught at Concordia University, ASM Performing Arts and continues to teach at the National Theatre School of Canada. He has been a volunteer board member for both local and national organizations, accepted the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion award in 2015 and in 2013 was awarded the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal for his contribution to the Arts. He presently freelances and holds the position of Artistic Director of Professional Theatre at Hudson Village Theatre .
