Germination is a space for collective dreaming, to nourish creative sparks to future steps. We will also give you self-producing tools, so you can work on your own timeline and take the future of your piece into your own hands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2014 BIOGRAPHY<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text is-stacked-on-mobile is-vertically-aligned-top\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"420\" height=\"420\" src=\"https:\/\/ent-nts.ca\/app\/uploads\/2026\/03\/gillian-clark-1579900181.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-25486 size-full\"\/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p><strong>Gillian Clark (Playwriting, 2020)<\/strong>&nbsp;is a multidisciplinary theatre creator and the artistic co-director of Keep Good (Theatre) Company. She resides in Tiohti\u00e1:ke\/Montreal, with a large part of her heart in K\u2019jipuktuk\/Halifax.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her plays include: Let\u2019s Try This Standing, (solo piece and winner of Outstanding Performance at the 2016 Summerworks Performance Festival, Now Magazine), The Ruins (Two Planks and a Passion Theatre), Harmony Mall (Runner-Up for the Playwrights Guild of Canada\u2019s 2019 RBC Emerging Playwright Award), and Drums and Organs (commissioned by Dalhousie University for their 2018 graduating acting class). Upcoming projects include The Game for the New Words Festival and Adventures with Keep Good (Theatre) Company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gillian\u2019s work fuses text, spontaneity, and interdisciplinary practices to create experiences that juxtapose intimacy with large-scale theatrical moments. Gillian values collaboration, innovation, and joyful rigour.
