The season begins with the <strong>Festival Nouvelles \u00c9critures<\/strong>, presented by Hydro-Qu\u00e9bec, featuring <em><strong>Une histoire vraie<\/strong><\/em> by Alexie Legendre, directed by Sofia Blondin, and <em><strong>Les feux follets<\/strong><\/em> by Alexandre Martin, directed by Jean-Simon Traversy. Onstage and behind the scenes, graduating actors, playwrights, designers, directors and production specialists take part in every stage of the creative process, collaborating with one another and with established artists from the professional community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 2026\u20132027 English Section season reflects the breadth of this training: from contemporary Canadian writing and works rooted in Persian literary traditions to Shakespeare and new plays created at NTS.
